Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using ArrearCalc ("the App"). By installing, accessing, or using ArrearCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Mathematical & Forensic Tool Disclaimer (No Legal Advice)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ArrearCalc is an analytical mathematical accounting and legal exhibit generation utility. It does NOT provide legal advice, does NOT practice family law under any state bar jurisdiction, and does NOT replace a licensed family law attorney or court clerk. Interest rates, United States Rule payment allocations, and emancipation adjustments are computed based on published statutory formulas for evidentiary presentation in child support enforcement and settlement negotiations.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Guideline 3.1.2 Compliance)

ArrearCalc provides access to premium court-filing features through non-consumable passes and auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple StoreKit 2:

Single Case Pass ($39.99): Lifetime unwatermarked dual-page PDF export and interest audit for a single support case.
Monthly Pro Pass ($29.99 / month): Unlimited case creation, 50-state statutory interest calculation, and unwatermarked court exhibits. Billed monthly.
Annual Pro Pass ($199.99 / year): Comprehensive family law audit access with a 7-day free trial. Billed annually after trial expiration.

3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Policy

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

These terms incorporate and are supplemented by Apple's Standard EULA available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
