ArrearCalc ("we," "our," or "the App") is dedicated to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of individuals, parents, and legal professionals utilizing our analytical child support arrearage and statutory interest calculation software.
All child support orders, obligor and obligee party identities, payment logs, court numbers, and affidavit declarations are stored exclusively within local on-device SQLite databases. We operate zero cloud synchronization, zero tracking servers, and zero telemetry analytics on your case data.
We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, social trackers, or data broker analytics. Your sensitive financial and family law data is never sold, traded, or monetized.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple StoreKit 2 via on-device cryptographic receipt validation. We receive zero payment card numbers, billing addresses, or personal payment credentials.
When you export dual-page vector Exhibit A court declarations, the PDF document is compiled entirely in memory on your iOS or iPadOS device. It is shared only via native system share sheets under your direct command.
